When our wedding was over we were left wishing we could do it again –– and do it differently. It wasn’t until I photographed wedding after wedding, hearing the same frustrations from couple after couple, that I realized the problem wasn't us couples. It was that wedding planning hadn't evolved well. The intention had been removed –– replaced with a never-ending standardized checklist and an overwhelming flood of information telling people what they have to do.
